Before you buy your first 10.

Are these leads really exclusive?

Yes. One lead, one agent. We don't resell, downgrade to "shared" later, or recycle to a second buyer if you don't close. If a lead is unreachable after five documented attempts in the first 30 days, we replace it.

Where do the leads come from?

Public-record signals: probate filings, NOD recordings, expired MLS listings, FSBO posts on Craigslist / Marketplace / FSBO.com, estate sales, and bankruptcy filings. We respect California's 30-day NOD post-recording wait under Civil Code §2924, and probate leads are sensitivity-gated.

What's the replacement guarantee?

If you can't reach a lead after five attempts (call + text + email, logged in our portal) within 30 days of delivery, we credit you a replacement at the same lead price. No haggling.

Do I have to use Treka's other products?

No. DIFT is a sister brand under Treka Corporation, but every product stands alone. Active DIFT Leads customers do get DIFT Write-off (mileage + tax tracker) free, and a discount on DIFT Close training.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Platform access is month-to-month. Pre-purchased lead packs are non-refundable but never expire — if you pause, your remaining leads are waiting when you come back.

Is this DRE-approved?

DIFT Leads is a lead generation service, not a course or a brokerage. There's no DRE approval to grant or withhold. If you're looking for CE or pre-license, that's a different product (and not us).
